All content, materials, and recommendations provided by GoalsJet.ai are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or operational outcomes. Decisions made based on our advisory services are the responsibility of the client.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information during engagements.

• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, designs, and other intellectual property on this website or provided during engagements remain the sole property of GoalsJet.ai unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Fees and Payment

Where applicable, service fees will be outlined in an agreement or proposal before commencement of work. Payment terms must be adhered to as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Discovery calls are complimentary and non-refundable.

• Paid advisory services are subject to cancellation terms outlined in the signed proposal or agreement.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to deductions for work completed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalsJet.ai shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Losses arising from implementation of advice or third-party tools.

GoalsJet.ai reserves the right to terminate access to services at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our resources.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any signed engagement agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoalsJet.ai.
